Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a diligent and organized Dispatcher to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth coordination and communication between various departments and field operations. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch service personnel and vehicles according to schedule and location needs.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of dispatched calls, services provided, and other relevant details.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor service routes and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changing priorities.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Ensure all communication aligns with company standards and policies.
• Assist in resolving any service-related issues by collaborating with relevant departments.
• Support additional dispatch duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems and dispatch software.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 3rd shift-12 AM-8:00 AM
